New Student Registration Information

If you are new to this school district, please bring the following with you when registering your child for school:

v    A copy of your child’s health records and a transfer card provided by his/her former school;

v    A current immunization record, including Hepatitis immunization;

v    Four (4) forms demonstrating proof of residency -

these may include utility bills, licenses, permits, voter registration, tax bill, mortgage, lease, signed letter from landlords, etc.;

v    Proof of custody, where applicable;

v    Birth certificate.

Please call the school office at 298-6900 if you have any questions or if you are planning to register your child in the near future. Also, if you have a preschool child, please contact us with your child’s name,  date of birth, address, phone number, parent’s/guardian’s name, etc. so that we may enter your child into our database.
