When it comes to teaching, I believe that children should be empowered to take learning into their own hands and that learning is an active process in which they should be encouraged to use their current and past knowledge to build upon new ideas. I also believe students learn best through experience and should be provided with hands-on activities that work to enhance learning and give them the opportunity to build upon what they know, make connections, and become lifelong problem solvers. I am so excited to be entering my 13th year here at CES.
