Biography
SCOTT HEINO
SUPERINTENDENT
Scott Heino earned his undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University. He began his teaching career at the Aletta Crichton School in Pemberton, where he taught 4th grade. After Pemberton, Mr. Heino accepted a position at the Elizabeth Haddon School in Haddonfield where he taught 2nd and 4th grades.
While teaching, Scott earned a Master of School Administration (MSA) degree from Rowan University. After completion of his masters program, Mr. Heino accepted a position as the assistant principal at the Harrison Township Elementary School in Gloucester County. In his second year at Harrison Township Elementary School, he was named principal where he continued to serve for five years. Mr. Heino would then serve as principal of the Bobby’s Run School in Lumberton for eight years prior to joining Chesterfield Elementary as Superintendent.
Mr. Heino currently serves as chairperson of the BCASA Curriculum & Instruction Committee.
